Our Full Refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We will refund your payment amount minus 20% Processing Charges which includes bank processing charges, taxes etc.
All refunds are subject to our Management approval. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
You can cancel your account at any time and if you have crossed the Full Refund policy date, then you will be refunded the balance amount on a prorated basis.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You can Upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime. Your account will be charged on a pro rated basis for the old and the new plan.
